Fun fact, the leadership team at Integrity Network are all related!

I don’t mean that in some sort of abstract “we are all part of humanity” way, I literally mean the partners at Integrity Network are all related to each other. Judy is married to Tom and Shannon is their daughter. That might seem like it could be a problem, but the advantage is that everyone of us knows everything that is going on in the company at any given time.

Meet the Team

  • Judy Kennelley

    CEO, PRESIDENT

    Judy grew up in New York and went to the University of Oklahoma where she got her degree in Engineering. She spent the beginning of her career working for Mobil Oil Corp. as a Reservoir Engineer. During that time, she was asked to run the college recruiting program where she developed a passion for recruiting. After five years, she decided to leave Mobil in order to pursue recruiting full-time. She spent three years working for a small search firm before starting Integrity Network in 1991. Judy has grown Integrity Network, Inc. to be one of the top technology recruiting firms in Colorado. Due to her strong technology background, Judy has a unique insight and understanding into her clients’ organizations and business processes. Outside of the office, Judy enjoys playing tennis, doing Pilates, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and long-haired German Shepard.

  • Shannon Hickey

    PARTNER

    Born and raised in Colorado, Shannon knew from the age of nine that she wanted to follow in her family’s footsteps and join Integrity Network, Inc. She attended the University of Denver, where she earned degrees in Finance, Business Analytics, and Information Technology, blending analytical strength with a passion for people. Before joining Integrity Network in 2019, Shannon spent several years as an Account Executive for fast-growing Denver software companies, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges her clients face today. She now gives back to the Denver community as a board member of the DU Sales Leadership Center, helping mentor and develop emerging sales talent. When she’s not at work you can find her either on a tennis court or in Ball Arena loudly supporting the Colorado Avalanche.

  • Tom Hickey

    COO

    Tom grew up in Massachusetts and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Geology from Bridgewater State College. He moved to Colorado and earned his master’s degree in Geochemistry at Colorado School of Mines. He began his high-tech career with General Electric Information Systems in pre-sales and systems engineering. Prior to Integrity Network, his background included sales, services, and product management experience with BMC Software, Geographix (acquired by Landmark/ Halliburton), and Excel Professional Services. Tom joined Integrity Network, Inc. full time in 1996. Outside of work Tom is an offroad enthusiast, Colorado Avalanche season ticket holder, avid woodworker, and guitar lover (acoustic, electric and bass).
